The camper site in Hobro is beautifully located right on the Mariager Fjord. The site is connected to Hobro Marina and Hobro Sailing Club, which are about 1 km from the city center.
At the marina and sailing club, there are both kitchens and common areas, as well as bathroom and toilet facilities.
Free WiFi is available both at the marina and in the clubhouse.
The fee per day is 130 DKK.
Naturexperiences - up close
In the area, you will find many wonderful natural experiences, especially the PANORAMA route of 5-10 km is recommended.
The route is Denmark's first certified hiking route and it starts at Hobro Marina. The route takes you all the way to Bramslev Bakker, where you can stop for some lunch or coffee at Restaurant Bramslev Bakker. If you don't feel like walking the 5 km back to the marina, you can choose to sail back to Hobro Harbor with the paddle steamer Svanen. Check the departure times for Svanen here!
Along the entire route, you walk along Denmark's Most Beautiful Fjord, so we dare to say that this is probably Denmark's most beautiful walk.
Seatrout Mariagerfjord
If you wish to fish, the fjord is an ideal place for it. Mariager Fjord is a true haven for sea trout, so there should be a chance to catch something.
